Broiled Lobster Tail with Garlic & Herb Butter

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Lobster Tails
- 1 tub Santa Monica Seafood Garlic & Herb Butter, leave at room temperature (You can find this inside the refrigerated area!)
- 1 ea Lemon, cut into wedges
- Chopped Chives; for garnish
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the broiler.
- Place lobster tails on a baking dish and with a kitchen shear, cut a slit lengthwise down the tail. Pry the shell open by cracking it lengthwise and then gently pull out the meat without detaching the end of the tail from the shell.
- Cut a shallow slit down the meat and spread 1 tablespoon of the garlic & herb butter. Broil for about 5-6 minutes.
- Remove tails from the broiler and add a teaspoon more to the garlic & herb butter. Garnish with chopped chives and a spritz of fresh lemon.
